Thanks to crocin and safranal, elements derived from the addition of Saffron, it has antidepressant and anti-stress properties and is also able to monitor blood pressure and cholesterol level in the blood.

Composed of 99% honey and 1% Saffron, it is excellent for making your dishes tastier and is recommended to be paired with spicy, aged cheeses or fresh caciotta still with a milk flavor. Not least, suitable for combinations with cold cuts such as lard or bacon, or brushed on red or white meat for roasts. It is perfect to taste even with desserts, especially with ice cream, or as a substitute for sugar in herbal teas or tea.
